Work progresses

Well, no writing was accomplished this morning, but I did manage to get research for Ye Olde WIP done. Some reference books on Voodoo have been ordered and I am content. That there is a tradition I have only a very fringe familiarity with, and somehow it has decided to be a very integral part of Jesse's story. I am deadly picky about source materials when it comes to research. I have spent a bunch of time mining reference databases at the university, and vetting sources for sale online. Now I wait for books to be delivered. In the meantime, I am thinking I will go back and read over everything that had been written before my life went through the roller coaster that was the second half of 2011.

Yea for research! Especially something like this, where the reviewer hears the word 'voodoo' and reaches for his pistol.

This is where my love of research plays to my advantage :) I knew the library degree would be of use in areas other than the day job.
