Further adventures of the Monster Bag

This is a follow up to my previous post. Looking back at the photos, I am so greatful everyone was willing to play along with my insane desire to have them pose with the monster bag. These were all people I would have wanted my sister to meet someday- and now she has as best as can be managed. It was silly, it was fun. It was perfect.

I emailed the creator of the bags last night, wanting to share the pictures and let her know her work is appreciated. The email I received back this morning made the exercise in cathartic silliness all the more poignant. The artist knew my sister quite well.

So thanks to everyone that grinned and played with a new author and her monster this weekend. You made two grieving people smile.
