They are so...wiggly.

I have acquired miniature versions of proper cats.

Their mom died during birth, leaving the lot of them stranded. I drove out to alleviate another rescue that did not have the space or resources to take them in, and brought them home to see if one of our local nursing queens would accept them.

She did for about three minutes.

So now I have pre-kittens. They are five days old. Little...wiggly things that know exactly how to make me willing to do things like wake up every few hours to feed them. Here is my sis with two of them.



Anyone in the market for hand-reared cats?

I hand reared some kittens from about 2 hours old once. They were the most adorable things ever. And they made lovely pets as they grew up too, so affectionate and purry.

I hope they get great homes. =^_^=

Very best wishes with them. They're adorable, at this age, but very hard work. What a shame your queen didn't accept them.

I wish. A local young male that we thought belonged to our neighbors has adopted us so I am now up to 2 cats where I had been down to one.

We also still have Loki, the Eskimo spitz that my son rescued, who is now almost 3 yrs. yrs. old & our older dog, Gemini, who is 13. I don't know what my living situation will be in the future so I hesitate to add any animals to the household. Good luck with them! They're adorable.

Kitten introductions aren't too bad :D Much easier than trying to get two adults to get along. I would be happy to assist if the kids continue to flourish and you would like to take one on. The orange ones are adorable little gluttons right now.
