That howl of rage and frustration? That is the sound of me logging onto my internet banking to do a routine account check and realizing someone in Spencerport, NY has pulled every cent I own from my checking account.

I don't even know where to start. It was a debit, from a physical location, so I am assuming somewhere in the bank switch from hell, one of the bank cards that were mailed to the wrong place got...misplaced. Or my account was merrily attached to someone else's card. Who knows. All I know is I have a negative on my account, no money to my name, and I am unholy pissed.

And the bank does not have 24/7 service hours, so I need to sit on this until tomorrow. I don't want to sit on this until tomorrow. I am too anxious and impatient a person for that and this is something that needs to be fixed now.

Anyone want to buy me a cup of coffee? I need one. Quite possibly of the Irish persuasion.

as a second note, you might want to go into one of the branches if you have time tomorrow. This might be better cleared up there - chances are very good that they will be able to cut through any hold times and circles you may get sent through. The JC branch has particularly good service.

I agree with this statement having worked at a bank. (A million years ago... but it's better to know the paperwork has been completed.)
