Date: 2012-02-15 05:40 pm (UTC)(Actually, having said that, I have been blessed with easy eaters. The girls just ate what they wanted from a bowl of kibble; the boys just eat everything, regardless. I have seen other cats wailing their hunger at the same time as turning up their noses at food on offer, and was bewildered. As of course I ought to be.)

Date: 2012-02-16 01:29 am (UTC)But somehow he KNOWS when I have a stash of canned food 'treats' somewhere in the house, and will ask for them incessantly.
The other cat, Mildmay, really just eats anything. So nothing is wasted, and if Phae tries to be too stubborn about it and turns up his nose at the bowl, Mildmay gets a nice large meal.
