you have a stove top sort of thing? If so, keep the heat on medium, spray the pan and the asparagus, season, and move the veggies around in the pan regularly so you dont overcook any side. I would say cook until they are soft and see how that goes. it honestly should cook about the same. sprinkle with the lemon juice after you take them out of the fry pan. let me know how it turns out if you give it a try!
