also, have you had any experience with making spinach tortillas? i attempted some last night with a recipe that LOOKED okay, but utterly failed at it. it may be because i was working with whole-grain flours instead of white flour. or maybe i just didn't cook it properly... whichever, i give a definite thumbs down to that recipe, and am really open to suggestions.
