Getting things back together

So, I have looked over what I have left, and while there is no replacing the bulk of the library, there are some books that I need back in my life. There will most likely be additions, over time, but these are the ones whose loss make me wince the most. These are the rereaders, the ones I think of immediately when I am sad the books are gone. For everyone who has asked what they can help with, what I need- honestly, a book off this list would be brilliant. We have the basics, these books would be a great comfort.

Flood Recovery list

djkc and I have more or less settled into the new place. We need to get uncluttered enough to get the ferrets and Ferdinand back to living with us (life without ferrets has been strange). Apart from being exhausted and a little wired from being constantly in 'go' mode for weeks on end at this point, we are doing well. We are very lucky in our friends and family. Very lucky. And we are very thankful.

yea! Call the house when you reach the uncluttered stage - if it is tonight, c will probably be home before me. And the ferts will probably be oh so very happy to home with you two that will be more then content in the small cage if needed until the bigger cage arrives! =-)

Probably not tonight, but very soon. Just need to get a little clutter gone and some proofing done. We miss the kids :)

So...I am off Friday and am really missing my ferret-kids. Can we borrow a small cage and take the kids home? (Will the single level cage fit in my car, do you think?)
