For tomatoes, I have Cherokee Purple (which germinated fast and now I have a small army of little tomatoes), Green Grape, San Marzano, Northern Nibbler, Jubilee and Supersweet. I am real excited about seeing what the Cherokee Purple turn out, as I have read mixed results, but the folks that get good yields love them. What are you growing? I haven't done too many tomatoes, and am always looking for types to try next year!
I tried to get mostly heirloom for the garden. Lots of heirloom tomatoes, peppers, and squash varieties. Grabbed as many heirloom herbs as possible, but those were harder to get a hold of.
I have only done yellow squash, zucchini, cucumbers, and peppers in the past. I rent my home, so I dont really have a yard to garden. Having my friends yarn to play with this year has been exciting!
