Kay calls them Sardian horses. I am thinking somewhat like the Arabians, as the closest in name I can think of are Sardinians, which are Arabian and Thoroughbred mixes I believe? Or something close along those lines.

Either way, now I want to spend the evening looking at ancient Chinese art.

This is my first venture into Kay's works (shameful, I know) are they all amazing like this?!
