Gratitude

I wanted to take a minute to be real damn grateful for all of you guys. I have been skulking about on here for years- through fandoms, disasters, ill health, and hilarity- and you have all been magnificent.

I don't need the tangible reminders. But sitting here and looking at the entrance to my bedroom, where I have taped all the cards you have mailed me over the past weeks, both new friends and old, and I really feel the need to point out I know some of the most amazing people on the planet.
